Electro-hydraulic Synchronous Technology

Mechanical deflection compensation system
Mechanical deflection compensation get the”pre-convex”by the way of controlling the location, Forming a curve consistent with the actual deflection by a set of wedges in the direction of the table, So that the gap between the upper and lower molds is the same point when bending, the aim is to ensure the angle of the workpiece is the
same in length. The workpiece can achieve linear compensation when bending due to more compensation points.
Throat deformation compensation device
The Italian high-precision grating scale is used to accurately measure the deformation amount and compensation feedback to ensure the bending accuracy, and it can effectively prevent the non-standard workpiece from colliding with the grating ruler.
We use the Japan’s Sumitomo’s oil pump, Siemens Beide motor,the pump motor use the frequency control, the machine run onlyin the state of action, the rest of the time in a stopped state, energysaving and small amount.
We use Japan’s Mitsubishi servo motor that achieve the Closed-loop Control of position, speed and torque.In the meantime, it can use the signal given by the system to correct its own operations,it has the advantage of high precision, fast speed, stability, timeliness、comfort and so on.

Rear gear transmission device(Iron)
Using the intermational advanced linear guide, ball screw, unique
novel dual linear guide structure, ensuring the excellent positioning
accuracy , Fully functional rear profile configuration 3+1 axis and
manually adjust the R axis, It is also possible to automatically
position the other axes according to the requirements of your work
piece to help achieve a more flexible bending process.
The precision bending machine mold beaning Integral quenching is more
